Full medical and dental benefits
Health Benefits can be better 401K match is low
The benefits was terrible bad, the 401K matching was cancelled, the health insurance was expensive with bad benefits
good salary for interns as compared
Have health savings but company does not contribute
There is no 401k match for salary employees, no tuition reimbursement, and limited bonuses
Conduent's benefits package was pretty terrible. They offered a reality standard, but still on the low end, 2 weeks of vacation a year, accrued over the course of a year. The medical and dental benefits were, for me at least, the worst benefits I have had with any employer. I chose the high deductible plan, being relatively healthy. As a single person, it cost me $75 every 2 weeks ($150 a month) with a really high deductible ($7000 a year). The 1 time I used it, I had to pay $130 out of pocket just for a 10 minute visit. I never used the dental benefits but the coverage on that was also not great and cost me about $20 a paycheck ($40 a month). As far as retirement goes... they cut our 401k matching from a 3% match to 0% matching within the first 6 months I was employed there.
high priced high deductible insurance plans, 401k matching eliminated
Executives receive their bonuses each year, but everyone else doesn't
Horrible benefits, no extra benefits in regards to tuition reimbursement and barely any holidays off
