Good benefits packages. Low deductibles.
The best health insurance plan required a high deductible ($3,000 for single person) and did offer an HSA match of $25/pay but the benefits were still costly for intermittent doctors visits. Very limited company holidays and PTO bank.
Medical insurance starts day of employment
Good benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO start at three weeks including vacation and floating holidays then also sick time. Insurance starts day of employment.
Not enough for long term
