Insurance was expensive but paid very well without a lot of out of pocket expenses to be paid. Dental was average. Eye coverage was good. Short and long term disability available at start date with no wait as are all benefits. Difficult getting in touch with appropriate people in human resources as hours were cut back and they move about to different hospitals on different days.
Good medical and prescription benefits. Retirement benefits have improved. No changes to dental benefits in several years. Paid time off isn't great when you first start but improves the longer you stay.
Good health and dental. I've also really enjoyed the free exercise package.
No co-pay for primary physician, no deductibles (As of 2015 benefits package - was not like this in 2014)
with the benefits from cone health, employees are able to choose from a wide selection of health care providers around this area and in other counties
Dental coverage is only 50 percent
Good health and dental with a low deductible
Great benefits for the employees. Great 401k program as well
Limited physicians to in network. Pharmacy limited to inhouse
The benefits package is very reasonable right now for the employee share for employee+family. However, deductible is rising as are costs of care. This directly impacts how much money I have to live on every 2 weeks.
