i liked the 401K matching, I did not like how vacation is now converted to PTO.
Best: vacation for beginners is pretty high. Worst: healthcare is comparable to Obamacare
Benefits have declined signficantly since merger with GHD. The health care packages offered are a joke and their PTO doesn't allow you to "borrow" from it. That means if you're a new employee and you want to take a vacation, you would essentially have to wait half a year to even get a week off.
2 weeks vacation with additional weeks at 5 and 10 years. Average health care and 401k package. Unlimited sick days, within reason. Very poor bonus package for working overtime hours that results in the equivalent of no being compensated
