The 401K could be better. For example a better match would be great. Currently they match 50% up to 6%, maybe if they could do 100% up to 6%. Overall I think their health insurance is ok.

No guaranteed 401k matching and PTO must be used within same year of earning. No bonuses provided to below management, even though we are exempt employees.

I enjoy the flexibility of having an HSA. While I like that, I don't like how much the cost of the healthcare benefits increased. In the past year, the cost of the benefits increased more than my raise.
