“Very Decent vacation and PTO. ”

Barely any PTO unless you stay 3 years or more.

Midhudson regional hospital
I recently got a job offer from a very big hospital in NYC. They said the offer is conditional on the “rest” of my background check. I’m not sure what that means, they spoke to all of my references already, and said they spoke to HR at my last job. It’s been almost a week, should I reach out or just keep waiting?
I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience. I am wanting to get into the Clinical Trial Management/ Research Management role and am having no luck. Currently working for UW in Seattle. Pay is stagnant, grossly understaffed, commute is terrible, but the benefits are great. Any suggestions on CTO that offers great benefits and competitive salary?
Best thing you have benefits.
The health coverage sucks. Its basically no insi.
Paid time off for most holidays. Medical insurance was reasonable but can get expensive for a family. Matching 401k like most employers.
Health insurance costs are so high, it's insulting
Company matches 401k provide health not tje greatest. Eye insurance is actually good and dental you pay 20 %
High deductible insurance 12 days of PTO - this is vacation and sick all lumped As of March 2022 they haven't contributed to 401K since March 2021 Don't payout vacation days if you leave No opportunities for career development
