They had great insurance benefits. So far, I have not worked anywhere that offered anything near what Conifer did
I rarely ever got sick, so I mostly used the dental and vision, which were both standard. I eventually had to use my medical for my pregnancy and I think the benefits were great for that. It pid for just about everything. I only had to pay about $30 here and there.
Health plans are low premium, high deductible. Also, no sick time, just PTO.
They make it impossible to use your PTO. And you accrue so little every pay period; 3 hours to be exact.
health insurance has gone up, 401k matches after 5 years, vacation time is accrued per pay period and there is no sick time.

You can't use your medical leave of absence until after a year. Which is ridiculous, life happens and they don't care. The best part of the coverage, paid time off.
