We recognize the need to balance your career and personal time. That is why we include paid time off in our benefits plan. Paid Time Off (PTO) Program provides income replacement to eligible exempt and non-exempt employees to enable them to take approved time off from scheduled work.
I wasn't aloud to use FMLA so this came in handy when I got sick.
Managers and above do not accrue PTO. You are approved for time off at the discretion of your supervisor.
Easy to request for time off and be approved. They have flex time policy so you can not show up and then just make up your hours later. As long as you communicate with management.
PTO is based on accrual and must be used for everything, including sick days and emergencies.
Vacation/sick time is the same. This not good especially if you get sick for a number of days during a period.
After 8 years in the company you can earn 1 day per pay period.
No issues with vacation or time off. I am always granted time off. I'm not sure it would be so easy for a salaried employee.
Some of us get docked for vacation time.
We accrued PTO every month up to 2 weeks paid leave.
