    It is way too expensive and with your salary you qualify for Medicaid. Save your money and time, because it takes months after your 90 days to actually get your "benefits".

    By far, in my opinion, the worst benefit package I wad ever offered being in management for a store. I put the majority of this statement on $$$ about per month for above average co-pays. Talked with other manager's and they don't have it due to cost.

    $178 every two weeks with great health. You can find outside insurance for half and not even try.

    Gets more expensive every year, coverage shrinks. Certain plans gives you a $250 bonus on your HSA. Horrible cost if you have the family plan.
