Great benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, ESPP, life, legal) but high price, especially for family coverage.

Excellent benefits. Great insurance. Some prescriptions don't cost anything.

Expensive health and md life insurance for what you are getting paid hourly. Conns does offer stock and 401k but however stocks are continuously dropping

You had to pay $80+ for the lowest package of benefits and you don’t even get paid enough to afford $80 of your check. Plus you have to pay $143 in total of 4 shirts and it gets taken out of your checks.

Great company to work for a lot of training at every level. The benefits are in align with most major companies.

Benefits were terrible relative to what other companies offer. They give you vacation but you have to work every holiday except for Christmas and Thanksgiving even at the corporate office. Also when you are on vacation or even during the weekends you need to be available 24 hrs ... if you don't respond in 30 minutes you get written up power outages - it doesn't matter you need to find a signal and be able to respond no annual pay increases and even if you have agreements prior to being hired in, they change the story once you have hired in. Be very very careful with this company - even if you have it in writing it may not be honored. Be careful. The CEO and senior team prides themselves at how much of the staff they have turned over - for whatever reason they see it as a good thing.

Health insurance is pretty expensive, they do offer 401k, and PTO but you have to make sure they actually credit you the time you have earned. Home office is in Texas and they definitely take their time fixing any mistakes they make.
