Pretty standard health insurance plans.
A lot of companies offer fully paid benefits for the employee and highly discounted for families. CW pays less than ever and you can expect to pay over $8000 a year out of your pay and $40 per doctor visit, 60 per specialist.
You get a choice between 3 different health plans: Low HSA, High HSA, and PPO. Between those you should find appropriate coverage. They also offer health insurance for spouse and children.

Coverage is horrible and payment is over priced
The plans they have all have high deductibles and it isn't the best coverage. There have been several changes to the health coverage over the years from switching carriers to the carriers switching network doctors and covered procedures in the middle of the plan year.
It is with a well known provider, however, the cost is just not manageable if you have anyone that is sick or disabled. However, again, I believe this to be an issue of the health care system, not the employer.
Par, a little more help from the company on the bi-weekly charge would go a long ways
