Average overall. 4 percent 401 match with your 6. Family medical package expect to pay 600 a month and 20 percent co pays. Employees treated very well at SCCA.

Good health, vision, and dental insurance coverage with decent rates to add spouse and family. Matching 401k program. Good holiday and vacation day package but there are blackout days at beginning/end of semester, during state testing, and required in service days.
Best thing is health insurance coverage is good! It’s a tad expensive for a family but it’s widely accepted.
Pros: Monthly premiums are lower than local school district and Heath/dental benefits are way better, $5200 tuition reimbursement per year, HSA; similar pay to school districts Cons: Large classrooms, excessive documentation, (maybe because it’s an online program due to compliance requirements) more difficult to learn/train employees due to online environment.
