Start off with 3 weeks vacation, 401k matching and add'l contributions, annual bonus, pension, health incentives, employer funded HSA, 12 week maternity leave, 2 weeks paternity leave
There is no worst thing. ConocoPhillips has the highest contribution to retirement accounts and the highest quality of benefits. No other company offers more.
Every other Friday off, 10% annual bonus (mostly) 3-9% Pension contribution, 3 weeks vacation to start now
The pay was awesome because it was valid every Friday, and not bi-weekly, working over 40 hours to finished the deadline. Benefits were not issued to contractors because it was a contract position.
