One of the worst health care plans I've ever had, no 401-k or matching, promises of equity (both in Spoke and in the entire company) that never came to fruition. Unlimited time off means that you don't get paid out when you're fired... And it was heavily abused.
Totally obscure parental leave policy which lead to some employees getting paid leave and others getting none. Bonus structure and pay raise structure was totally opaque.
Neutral - provides basic benefits.
Health insurance is not competitive for places like Silicon Valley.
