2 medical plan options, 3 levels of coverage available, through Regence BlueCross BlueShield. Preventative and wellness visits are covered at 100%. Low deductibles and a great Rx program as well. With the added benefit of Sterling Medical, our plans can't be beat! Another added plus: your monthly premiums go down each year for the first 4 years of service. It pays to stay!
$80 co-pay is not great
This is a high deductible plan that is location specific, if you're out of range you will have a harder time getting services. The longer you spend with the company the more your rates go down which is nice. I personally think the plans were better in previous years. The co pay is around $85 for a typical doctors visit. They do include sterling urgent care in the package for free with no deductible and that is very helpful.
Offer good health insurance though it in not something that like any college students are looking for being part time you are eligible anyway
