It’s comprehensive - a lot more than just health insurance. Premium increases are rare. A con is that the cheaper plan makes it much harder to find doctors covered.
The insurance plan they have is very basic and for each and every plan everything must be paid se[erately. So there is no much use of their plans as they can also be taken outside of the conservice.

The health insurance is location specific and changes depending on the deal that the company can get from local medical providers meaning some plans can be unfair depending on where you live or what services you may need.
Benefits start out decent when hired then get better the longer you've been there. All employees get PTO but you need to be full time to receive health benes,
Full time employees have great benefits, part time students have pretty flexible schedules but no benefits
Pro: Really great if you live in Logan. If you don't live in the Cache Valley the benefits a good but not the same as for other employees.

Excellent health insurance premiums due to a buy-in program with a private medical practitioner, of which Conservice is a joint owner.
Great company to work for while going to school. They do care about their employees and strive to treat them well. That being said, they don't offer many actual positions that offer a competitive career pay. Entry level is great though.
