Health insurance is a joke. High family premium and high deductible/ out of pocket. For such a large company they should offer less expensive premiums or better coverage. I had a family medical emergency last year and had to pay $13,000k out of pocket. I am still paying it off. Now the new year is here and we start over, nothing will be covered until thousands of dollars have been spent again. Great 401k match though and cheap life Insurance

The coverage is average overall, the dental plan being the poorest.
