    multiple medical plan options, tons of extras including Aflac, Wellness Coaching, gym membership reimbursements, paid leave for new moms and dads. big company = big benefits offerings. Oh yeah, and 6% company contribution to your 401k.

    3% safe harbor is nice, $500 product allowance but with the push for more expensive products it doesn't go as far

    Great benefits overall. Employee stock purchase plan, stock bonus for managers, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, product allowance, fitness reimbusement. Only negative is paid time off. You start at three weeks, which includes sick and personal time.
