Thought it was a good overall package similar to other companies that I have worked for and included all the basic things that most do.
The benefits package is all inclusive with three main choices; PPO, HMO, and a HDHP. There are many opportunities throughout the year to help lessen the financial impact for the following benefit year. That said, dental is only about 60% covered so be ready to come out of pocket for anything besides your to 2-3 times per year regular check ups. That said, there does seem to be a push for the high deductible plans that many companies have moved toward and I would not be surprised if that option were to become the only option at some point down the road.
Flexible options for 401(k) and great stock program. Health insurance very cheap
Because I was an intern, I did not take advantage of many of the benefits known to be offered. I was able to exhibit free food and snacks available, flexible working schedule, community service opportunities, on the job training and also professional development programs during my summer term.
401k, the Co matches dollar for dollar up to a certain amount.
Good match for 401k. Vacation and holidays time off is good. Great health care package and tremendous wellness benefits.
I do not know, I was only an intern. At the time they were doing a step-challenge and the company paid for step-counters for the employees (but not for interns, still a cool thing though).
Benefits and salary are excellent. Vacation leave is generous, especially for non-classified personnel. Excellent safety program.
Great health insurance package in the company
The best thing about the benefits package is the 401k. If you can switch over from a contractor to full time, the 401k plan is great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
