Excellent benefits and employee friendly. 401k, medical, dental, and vision.
Health insurance is average - would expect better for such a large company. Prescription benefits very restrictive. 401(k) average - 3% match. Cross-training excellent, lots of opportunity to move around organization. Health Savings Plan offered
Great 401K! They match what you put in.
The company provides a generous 401K match along with good health care benefits.
16 weeks maternity and 8 weeks paternity leave, up to 9% 401k match, 3 weeks paid vacation to start
New plans are not great. Company and plan provider decided not save money and not send cards out this year. Much better product in past but not so much now
Never got paid. But they say you can get paid starting at fourteen an hour. Then where is my paycheck ?
I was an intern last summer and as an Intern I didn't get any benefits.
Thought it was a good overall package similar to other companies that I have worked for and included all the basic things that most do.
The benefits package is all inclusive with three main choices; PPO, HMO, and a HDHP. There are many opportunities throughout the year to help lessen the financial impact for the following benefit year. That said, dental is only about 60% covered so be ready to come out of pocket for anything besides your to 2-3 times per year regular check ups. That said, there does seem to be a push for the high deductible plans that many companies have moved toward and I would not be surprised if that option were to become the only option at some point down the road.
