Pretty standard benefits plan. Low in vacation days
The 401 is great. The insurance stinks...it is expensive each week and it cost to much to use. The vacation time is good, but they overschedule so you can't use it.
Recently increased PTO fairly significantly adding more vacation and personal days. But still not as progressive as other companies are.
CS offered great benefits to its employees.
Up to 2.25% match on 401K contributions.
Great Benefits. C/S covered your life insurance.

Worst thing: Low pay - Not enough holidays
Low 401k match - 2.25%. Annual bonus is low and does not change with profitability of company. Insurance benefits are good and affordable. 401k match, profit sharing and bonus are not available to new hires until one year out. Insurance available after 90 days
