The benefits are reasonable. The worst thing is having to wait until end of year for open enrollment
Pro: Flexible PTO program with no time accrual to worry about. Con: No 401k matching, expensive yet barebones health insurance, ridiculous work-from-home policy.
no insurance for spouses and too expensive
The United Health Care medical plan is a joke with a high deductible. You have to pick a primary care physician even though this is a PPO plan and not a HMO. Trying to find a primary care physician in the network is almost impossible because most of the providers do not take this plan. You have to get referrals for all specialist even Podiatrist and Dermatologist. The s a 401K but there is no matching. Metlife provides the dental and the other supplemental insurance. The Metlife dental advance does provide for adult orthodontia.
