The best thing is accumulating time so soon.
Used to be very sparse for first year, but now they do have a flexible paid time off policy with no time accrual to worry about.
not enough for the time worked
You have to use your paid time off for holidays and they make it extremely difficult for you to take time off and you feel punished for taking time off
Very low PTO accrual rate and had too many stipulations on paying it out when termed. Most people received little to nothing at payroll.
They continuously messed up paychecks
After the first year, the PTO benefit is ok. However, don't plan on taking any time off the first year of employment. You only accrue 9 days (after your first 90 days have been met). That only covers holidays and one additional day off.
They really helped make your request for time off happen
We dont get any paid holidays
