The benefits are paid for. But u have to walk 30 miles before getting the free benefits. This wrong due to there are many people who can’t do this. For a company to say they pay for all benefits but u have to walk 30 miles that’s BS
For the Employee, the Company pays %100 of the Insurance, with very low Co-Pays and Deductibles. $10-50 co-pays and $1500 Deductible. For a Family, the employee contributes about $300 per paycheck, bi-weekly pay schedule.
If you complete a wellness activity (currently walk 30 miles in 3 months) all of your medical, dental, vision premiums are 100% paid for by the company. That’s a HUGE benefit! So generous!
