For the Employee, the Company pays %100 of the Insurance, with very low Co-Pays and Deductibles. $10-50 co-pays and $1500 Deductible. For a Family, the employee contributes about $300 per paycheck, bi-weekly pay schedule.
If you complete a wellness activity (currently walk 30 miles in 3 months) all of your medical, dental, vision premiums are 100% paid for by the company. That’s a HUGE benefit! So generous!

100% employer paid health care coverage is great, but PTO absolutely sucks. The benefits guide is misleading. First year employees supposedly get 16 days of PTO, but in reality, company holidays and sick time are lumped in, so you really only get 5 days of true vacation time for the whole year.
