They offer a comprehensive and generous package of benefits. Some are available to employees working only 10 hours per week.
Too expensive. Health insurance begins at $97 per pay for the lowest coverage. 10 days of vacation between your 1st-5th year. Coverage doesnt begin until after 6months. Not many options. No formal training for the position.
I cant afford the benefit package and get my insurance through the exchange. But it is a good package, including a matching fund that helps offset the deductable
vacation accrual carries over to next year
For a company in the healthcare industry, the healthcare is really the worst I have ever seen. The company pays so very little particularly if you have a family. You bear much of the cost. Shameful that such a large company would take advantage of the 'family glitch' when families and children need affordable healthcare.
I don't remember much about the benefits package but I remember the insurance premiums being fairly high.
