Pretty standard package offering health insurance as well as dental, vision, and mass mutual 401K plans. Some medical visits had extremely high co-pays.
The worst thing about the package is the medical benefits and dental. for the dental we only get $1500 to spend per year. The medical requires $40 co pay every time we see the doctor.
They have great medical, dental, 401k contribution, disability, life insurance, and vision insurance through multiple provider channels at a below average cost.
