401k, PTO, Paid Summer Half Days, no nights, if your a community manager you get free housing for two years. All other site level employees get 20% off market rent that’s decided by the company. Everyone is approved to live on site immediately. They also give you back 50% of your gym membership back to you at the end of the year.
The benefits offered are great! The premiums are competitive with what other companies offer and the coverage and in-network providers are good. I love being able to use Teledoc for simple medical visits instead of having to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. The 401K match is great because they provide you with retirement experts to answer questions and help you with how to invest your 401K.
Heath care is expensive, a lot of companies in this area offers better packages at lower rates. I do not like that I have to opt out of 401k rather than opting in.

I love all the different packages they offer, the fact that there's health, vision, dental, life and a 401K is amazing .
Excellent benefits with very competitive salary and bonus structure, medical, and 401K. PTO and paid holidays are comparable to other companies, however some offices are open on certain legal holidays. Medical is available following the first calendar month of employment and they offer a great Employee Assistance Program for you as well as those living in your home (even those not covered on your insurance!). Lots of fun events at the home office throughout the year and Senior Management does a good job at bringing some of this to the regional properties. Recognition for achievement is done publicly and the residential teams have several bonus programs in place as well as awards given in a variety of areas (Property, Rising Star, Red Umbrella - Service, etc).
