    6% 401k match, start off with 17 pto days, better than average insurance, awesome tire discount. Bonus targets are better than average, with 2x max potential (+ more at higher levels). Mgr bonus (target-max) 10-20+%, Sr. Mgr 20-40+%, Dir 30-70+%, VP 40-90+%. Company car at Dir level (or if field sales). Company tries to pay bonuses to retain.
