The benefits package is good but I'm in need of the lower plan because i needed the lower health care coverage instead of the higher regarding the 3 choices.
Average benefits overall. Sabbatical policy was long overdue. Onsite fitness center is nice. Starting vacation could be improved but additional days can be purchased.
