Start with 17 days PTO, 11 holidays. Some mandatory PTO days forced to bridge holiday period to weekend (Christmas to New Year). Get 5 more after 8 years, 5 more after 15.
Vacation and paid time off is good, but no sick day, you have to use PTO if sick
They switched from a vacation time with a separate plan for sickdays to PTO while I was there. The separate sickdays were better - PTO encourages folks to try and "power through" illnesses while coming in to the office and spreading germs.
everyone starts with 17 days, after 7 years that increases to 22 days. Unfortunately, there are no Sick days.
Pretty standard package. Would not negotiate for additional weeks based on my experience when I hired on. Started at the bottom just like all new hires.
Fair, but with no sick days it could be better.
I didn't get much paid time off, but one day a month is good for an intern. Also, not having to work holidays was nice.
Interns earn 1 day a month on the 15th of a month. PTO for summer interns is rare.
They offer a generous amount of personal time off but if something goes wrong at the pant (electricity goes out, etc.) and we get sent home the require you to use it for that purpose.
Good luck getting approved for it.
