The company has a great benefits package for singles and families alike. The health benefits are on a national plan so the plan stays the same no matter where you live in the US. Costs are shared between company and employee. Telemedicine service is provided even if you decline the health benefits offered. The 401k match is fully vested immediately which is rare. Everyone gets a Macbook, Kindle, Fitbit and a Staples account to order office supplies free of charge for next day delivery. Vacation time is generous at 21 days per year (4 weeks + 1 day) in addition to standard company holidays. They offer charitable gift matching and time off to volunteer. Everyone gets unlimited access to Lynda.com for professional development. Each year we get a fully paid 3 day trip to a different location for our annual company meeting which includes team-building, excursions, dinners and more in a place where we can all re-connect.
