Human Resources worked hard in 2015 to update the benefits package with more competetive pricing to save staff expenses.
If you're looking for solid healthcare, look elsewhere. The plan that they actually pay for is awful. If you want solid healthcare with somewhat reasonable co-pays/deductibles, expect to pay roughly $400 a month out of your own pocket. The healthcare continues to get worse, as well. I anticipate this amount going up. significantly.
Competitive with health, 401k with matching and PTO. Stock options, a stocked kitchen, great local coffee and two kegs on tap at all times keeps things fun.
