Very basic nothing special at all
lets pregnant woman go home if there due soon. which is good for pregnant woman that are due soon.
Standard government required benefit options. Nothing above and beyond
You had to use your PTO in order to even have hopes for getting money while you were recovering from your labor. Even so, you were only given 6 weeks unless you could get a Dr. note saying that you needed longer to recover. HR couldn't even help me figure out which steps to take or who to get into contact with to start my maternity leave process.
Standard maternity leave. Not sure of the exact policy. A pregnant girl in my training class said it was not great.
I have never had to use it but know others that have. I don't recall how long they were given. If I had to guess I would say 6 weeks.
Available thru using the FMLA / Maternity & Paternity Leave. Not Paid. But save your job.
I know some you tried to use the leave, and was fired instead
If you worked less than a year, you do not qualify for FMLA. You are only given 8 weeks/unpaid of leave and its up to you whether you want to come back early. There are programs within the community, such as Forward who offer assistance but it's not a lot, its something. I would recommend taking an AFLAC - Hospital Indemnity Plan if possible once you reach your 90 days (if they offer it), I wouldn't know since I was never pregnant while working here
They so have some but can not remember what the benefit is
