Generous benefits to both staff and attorneys. Great health benefit options, perks (fitness reimbursement) and leave benefits.
Great maternity/paternity leave, expensive healthcare plan
It has good healthcare plan
Good medical, dental, vision insurance Cigna
Benefits package is comprehensive and very good. But, medical insurance is too expensive. Cooley should cover more for those with a family.
Great 401K, medical (Kaiser available) and vacation. Everything was great.
The company contributes to your 401 (k) after 2 years which is great. Pre-tax benefits like commuting costs, HSA contributions, retirements plan contributions, monthly stipend for gym/fitness classes is also good. Great paid time off policy and rollover policy. The health insurance is pretty bad especially given the status and overall revenue of the firm. You also cannot use time off if you have not accrued it yet which is absurd
I have a flexible work schedule and can work 2 days a week from home.
We get 20 days PTO and 10 holidays
401K contribution Kicks in after 2 years
