    There is no benefits package. Absolutely no 401K, no dental, vision, or healthcare. Travel costs are not reimbursed and you do not receive any vacation besides any standard holidays. There are no paid days off and there is no overtime options because they don't even offer hourly pay (at least for the position I applied for). You're lured at the thought of becoming an Assistant Manager where you do get some office profits, but that has to be reinvested back into the company when you open your office (Pyramid) Expect to pay yourself for everything, all team events that are strongly suggested to go to and you'll definitely pay for your gas.

    The worst thing is that you are paid entirely off of commission, there is no base salary

    Their management is not very friendly, mostly you'd get a typical corporate-guy-in-a-suite vibe and they don't have much to offer in terms of career growth.

    When I started with this company I had prior vacation engagements with my family. I was afraid that because of being a new employee, I would not be allotted the time off of work. They not only gave me the time off of work, but allowed me the option to work while I was out of town, and overtime when I returned to help compensate my lack of hours. When offered health, insurance, and 401k options, I met with a young man who was very through all in assisting me to pick the best benefits to fit my lifestyle and family.
