Great insurance and 401k match. The bonus payout was really good as well.
Pros: Good 401K with 6% match. Health insurance is good for single and fair for a family. Cons: Start off with 4 weeks vacation but takes 20 years to get 5 weeks.
Whether or not you elect to pay into 401k, they contribute a percentage, as well as match a percentage of what you contribute which increases the longer you're there. Several different health insurance options, but PPO is kind of pricey. 10 paid holidays and 80 hours of vacation after your first year of employment, which increases the longer you're there.
Pricey for what it offers, but it's not bad and the vacation package is generous for new employees.
