    If you elect a medical plan, services performed at Coordinated Health are covered at 100%. Great benefit when being treated by a Coordinated Health provider.

    pto is generous but the healthcare coverage is awful especially dental coverage no decent dentist accepts it. Vision is great- VSP but the regular healthcare coverage is horrible if you need something that CH doesn't offer.

    Health Insurance has improved. PTO is average, but not much increase for loyal employees. For Vacation time PTO must be used, there is no separate time.

    We pay more than most of our patients do to be seen there. Decent pto but health benefits are too expensive. It's a high deductible if you treat outside of ch. It is hard because they aren't like other health systems which have many options and specialties. The top of course can afford the benefits but the little ppl at the bottom struggle. Have 1 emergency visit and you have to pay for the whole thing. The plus is once ded is met covered at 100%
