Like most other companies, the open enrollment period feels very short and is so close to the holidays I worry about getting it completed by the due date
"Unlimited" vacation - as with many companies these days. Core Digital offer "unlimited" vacagtion. I put this in quotes since it is not really unlimited. The amount of time off is at the discretion of your manager and HR. On the plus side, even newbies are able to get 3 weeks right their first year. Long timers usually take 3-4 wks. Which is better than the 2wks many companies start you off with.

Great package, we only pay a small monthly fee, and there's usually a few great plans to choose what works best for your needs. Only reason I'm submitting 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm seeing an increasing number of companies offer 100% coverage on benefits.
