Benefits are great, pay isn't always fair. People are nice, opportunity to grow. Has multiple divisions, and been around since 1888.
Preventative care is free. Anytime i went to the doctor i was never outraged with the price or anything. Everyone at benefits meeting would complain about any changes but then again its a big group of people who find anything to start a fight over so they can get a pat on the back from their commiseraters for 'telling off someone from above'. There are different plans to choose from so just pay attention to what works for you, your budget, and health needs.
You are not allowed to take vacation like advertised. Expect not to be allowed to go on vacation.
Once you get over the 90 day probation period, you get sick time annually and after 6 months you earn 6hrs of vacation per month. Insurance is great and they work hard to keep it affordable and they have a great HSA policy to help. They match on the 401K to a certain amount.
The health insurance is very affordable.
it's simply a cheap low quality benefits package . they offer hsa or pos, both plans suck
Good health benefits, not too expensive, not too sure about some of the categories but have most benefits available people need for full-time workers.
