Health Insurance cost were high
Comprehensive, competitive, transparent. Some probers can be challenging; however this common across the industry.
Great High Deductible options. decent vacation and paid time off. No 401K match. Work from home and flex time options.
Worst thing about the benefits is that there is no 401K matching and the health plans are expensive for what you get.
Paid vacation time that built up every pay period. Fairly cheap, but good, Dental & Health packages. Met your 401k. One health option had a HSA that they paid up to $3000 into. 5 sick days every year; didn't build up, did refresh.
No 401k matching, insurance is quite expensive. However, HSA funds from the company are great.
Company switched insurance prior to year end costing many employees thousands of dollars on medical expenses that would have been covered if the hadn't changed policies prior to the end of the policy year.
Very competitive benefits package at Courion
Starting with the company, you only receive 5 sick days a year, and 4 hours of PTO per pay period. Courion does not match 401k as of date. Courion does offer $1500 in HSA accounts. Courion also pays for full STD and LTD for every employee.
