Benefits seemed on par with other companies. Nothing outstanding.
The benefits provided are okay.
Worst is price and Co erage
Friendly environment, and great benefits
great pto, minimal company match for 401k, 2500 a year tuition reimbursement, great health benefits, sick pay, dental and vision, life and disability
You get a decent percentage of PTO to cover for crap health, dental and vision that change every year and decrease in coverage. Despite stating that raises are based on performance- you will get the same (below the cost of inflation) raise (2%) as everyone else at your site, as long as they score a 3 or higher on their completely subjective annual review.
Corizon offered standard benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. There was nothing remarkable about the benefits, but they served their purpose.
The health/dental/vision insurance changes every year. The new packages always decrease in coverage than the year before and are much more expensive.
cost to much, you have to use your pto for sick and vacations and holidays
PTO is capped and if you go over they take it for ‘extended sick leave’ but can’t be used if you’re out to take care of spouse, children, parents...and only available after everything else is exhausted so one returns from a serious illness with no usable PRO. Insurance options are nil and company pays less than others of premium.
