Current and former employees report that Corner Bakery Cafe provides the following benefits. It may not be complete.

“Ok managers don't pay for meals”
A great benefits package offered.
50% off menu food. 25% off packaged food (cookies and cakes). Free drinks (minus espresso)
Ok insurance, but no 401k match
Flexible hours and half off food
The benefits don't take effect after working for them for a maximum of one year.
There are perks like paid time-off and 50% off on food. Health insurance is also offered. However, it is really expensive and probably not worth it for an hourly employee.
I only worked at Corner Bakery for 1 summer before going off to college so I did not take part in a benefits package; I do know that if you work an average of 36 hours a week you qualify for health care and dental
Even as a full time employee, you do not get actual benefits for at least a year (understandable, I guess), and you do get 50% off food and free drinks no matter what position you are there.
Very good healthcare with all my needs met for a single father
To get what ever little benefits they offered you had go be working for over a year, man even a mcdonalds offers much better benefits, there were little people who stayed over a year and god knows why they stayed that long.
