You get paid training and the district manager buy you lunch and the health benefits are good and the 401k is good as well
I got my vacations before my one year. I don't get paid more than. The csrs when I am a lead CSR. You get benefits after 6 months.
The Company has health Insurance with Aetna but it is paid by the employee with an option for EPO or PPO coverage. There is also a tobacco supplement that you must pay for also if you use any kind of tobacco, i.e., cigarettes, snuff, electronic cig., tobacco patches, etc. If you smoke but want to quit the Company will help with tobacco programs but they pretty much all come out of your pocket. If you quit, you have to use the Company program for 6 months before they will allow you to drop the tobacco insurance. There are other perks, but am unable to use as insurance alone takes almost $300.00 per month of my salary and it is just me..........Not happy with this option.....
Cashier employee would get a bonus once a year.
If you are assistant manager or higher your benefits kick in within 90 days. Other wise you have to wait a year to get insurance 401K and any other benefits.

In my second full year, I had earned vacation time, then after the new cycle began and vacation time was renewed I was deemed below the threshold to earn any vacation. After three and a half years, I had earned zero paid vacation time.
You have to work a year before you can start receiving anything. Raises come twice first year and once every year after that. Max raise is .50 per hour and lowest was .25, based on performance, or so it's supposed to be. I received the max and so did the girl who got yelled at on a bi-daily basis for doing nothing. I did get promoted within 4 1/2 months of employment though.
