Benefits are very affordable for the employee.
The medical insurance is expensive and not one of the better Cigna plans...the deductible is high and the co-pays are high as well.
Benefits are comparable to other places I have worked.
Flexible working hours, poor vacation, but management does not enforce it much.
Ability to work from home for most employees. HSA is great. The company contributes $150 a month in addition to my contribution, but the deductible is high, of course. 401k match could be better. Only 50% match up to 2 percent, so you end up with 1% total match. You can contribute up to $2000/yr to FSA that covers childcare expenses, but not in addition to HSA No tuition reimbursement or education assistance for employees.
No issues with benefits package
Could be better medical $$$$$ for family
Benefits are not great. Insurance is so expensive for not a great policy. 401k match is 1%. Vacation even after 10 years doesn’t bump up. You e gotta get to 15 years to see a change.
Health benefit plan can be better.
401K could be better if they matched.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
