Overall great benefits. They offer 401k matching up to a certain amount, employee stock option plan, & tuition reimbursement.
Best: Good amount of PTO, pretty standard health insurance, free lunch fridays and breakfast worst: no help with moving, all the breakfast is gone in the first hour
Choices are dwindling year to year and the remote team is most impacted. As a CA based company, decisions are being made to keep or make CA employees engaged and the unforseen consequence of that is that remote employees have seen costs go up and benefits go down
RSUs and ESPP are decent. Medical insurance used to be excellent now it's average.
