People outside of corporate receive matching 401k up to 2,500 per year. Health insurance is very very good, especially for a family. Non-corporate folks receive none of the benefits that in-office staff do and little is done to engage people in this regard. We have an HR Business partner who owns engagement but we've seen nothing in 2 years.

Comparable with other firms - nothing special. Limited 401k match is a minus. Unlimited vacation is nice if you have a good manager.
