Health insurance is fine; good number of vacation and sick days, 401k matching is great, too. Company offers a variety of other perks that can help make life outside of work easier.

Great overall benefits, including gym/fitness membership reimbursement, commuter benefits, and wonderful social activities such as offsite events. Benefits are generous for being a corporation, but still cannot completely entirely with most emerging or midsize+ tech companies nowadays.
