CR offers good insurance packages and the company pays for 85% of your insurance. They also cover 60% of your public transit cost.
Benefits are good. 3 weeks paid vacation each year plus holidays, you're usually allowed to work remotely/from another office if you request it. 401k is matched 50% up to 3% (i.e. if you put in 6% or more, you're given 3%). Transit is subsidized 60% each month up to $100, perhaps the most underrated perk. Gym Memberships and certain other athletic clubs are subsidized up to $75 per month.
