Excellent everything. Health insurance, time off, bonuses, even snacks in the kitchen. It's all great.
Benefits are excellent. Insurance is extremely high-quality and heavily subsidized (85%). 401k match is fairly generous, as is vacation time for new employees (3 weeks vs the 2 week norm).
The best thing is the solid 401k matching, as well as the charitable donations matching. The worst thing is that while a good percentage of the health insurance is paid for by the company (80%, I believe), the insurance provider is Aetna, and both their network and their customer service are very much hit-or-miss.
Medical benefits costs are low. Vacation time is good.
