“The price for a single worker is quite decent, but family prices are abysmal.”
“Rare to find BOTH a 401k with matching AND an annual pension, very good”
“While a decent amount of vacation time is given, and in lump form annually, it can be difficult to find a day to use it due to policy limiting the number of staff allowed off per shift.”
It was a Decent plan. Pretty standard
Like many plans, the annual costs increase from time to time.
The benefits package is overall fairly decent. You get a reasonable amount of time off, given there aren’t too many people trying to take off at the same time. I’ve yet to have any real complaints about our health plan, and the complaints we have over our vision plan are being addressed starting in 2023. One improvement I’d like to see are dedicated sick leave days. As it stands, you’re given two “free” days to call off at any time with no penalty, but those are taken out of your available vacation days when you do. It really stings for those who may have somewhat frequent illness. As well, the rigidity of attendance can be bothersome, as most everything is done according very strictly to corporate policy, leaving very little room for exceptions.
100% on first 2% and 50% on next 4%. Generous benefits
Everything is good with there benefits package
Great job great benefit management is low

Vacation was underwhelming. Only had 2 weeks . They did offer 1 week of personal days as well
