Top notch benefits. Only bad thing is we just went to 80/20...we've always had 90/10.
Great financial recognition program and good health insurance
401K match up to 6% and cash pension if you stay for more than 3 years was nice. Health Insurance was UHC Caremark I think, not bad.
Overall the benefits package is good and what you would expect from a company this size.
