Management is always changing and it's based on who you know not skill.
PTO starts at three weeks (15 days) and increases by a week at the three year mark. Every 5 years you get 2 extra weeks to use that year. Company 401K contribution maxes out at 4% and there is also a pension. Vested in both after 3 years. Family leave policy needs improvement. Mothers get 6-8 weeks of paid time off but must use up PTO first. Dads don't get anything. Most of the time managers will work with parents but it depends on the department.

I love that they are one of the few companies with a pension program.

401k match 4 percent to my 6 percent. Company still enacts pension for full time employees. Vacation time is distributed at the first of the year, with extra loyalty paid vacation every 5 years of service.
