The health insurance package isn't great. High deductible.

Best: 17 days PTO plus holidays. You are highly encouraged to use all your PTO and most of the staff travels frequently.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

The overall best thing about their benefits package is there is a lot of paid time off that is able to be accrued which is needed for work/life balance in a job that can be very demanding.

Understanding Staff. Matt and Kelly were very helpful throughout the entire hiring process. I would definitely recommend this firm to a friend.

Transparency has not been key in my experience. It seems as though sometime the contract service is the last to know.

Benefits package here is middle of the road, which is understandable given our size vs. the number of people we actually employ. All consultants have access to the same benefits structure that we as internal employees have - which is rare.
