    Paid for all training, tests, fingerprints and licence. Very large class but instructors were very kind and very helpful.

    Pre-Licensing train was more personable. Program training was not helpful at all. Trainers read word for word from power point slides. No enthusiasm. Trainers became frustrated if new agents had questions and would tell them to look in the course material for the answer. or that the topic was already reviewed. Or not to worry about that question
