Best: nothing. Worst: everything. No benefits. Company plays incentives games with agents.

None offered as this was a temporary contract position direct with the company. No direct contact with a HR person until I asked. I got more information regarding compensation from those hired through temp agencies versus this company.

There's nothing to rate. More than 95% of employees are through agencies that offer a set hourly rate with absolutely no benefits through CCC. If you do get made a full time CCC employee, I've been told the health insurance is "decent". But don't hold your breath, when I say 95%, I really mean 99%. There are probably about ~1000 employees during open enrollment. Only department managers, HR, Finance, and the C-level people are full time employees. And maybe a dozen agents who have been there 5+ years. I'm filling out the benefit's offered below for a licensed telephone rep.
