great health insurance and life insurance
Medical coverage is expensive if more than one person is on the plan.

Lots of bonuses for picking up shifts ample opportunity for overtime, insurance is pretty expensive
Typical health insurance, good salary, have a free phone a doc benefit who can tx, rx and refer to urgent care or er and waive the copay. Dental and life insurance good. The 401 K is funky. Employee contributes per pay period but employer doesn't match til couple months after end of year and has an escape clause if company doing poorly to decide not to match. Matches at several levels, not a flat percentage, odd.
The primary healthcare package options are expensive and useless. However, the supplemental health packages are much better. The number of paid holidays has decreased over time and all company-sponsored holiday parties have been cancelled. However, there is often free food in the office.

They had a good benefits package. This included the 401K, vacation and tuition reimbursement. They changed 401k company towards the end and my 401 and Roth were combined. Not supposed to be together
Vacation and sick time plan is good. More vacation than most friends that I have that are in the same line of work.
