At times its hard to get the PTO approved.
Great! Accumulates fast and can use it easily.
like awarding all benefit time on the books at beginning of year. Would like more holidays and be able to bank holidays like my all union staff has and does.
They were generous with both vacation and sick time. You were allowed to carry it all over to the next year. Did not like that you could sell it for 1/2 value
Vacation time is good (depends on length of employment) + 3 personal days + 6 paid Holidays + sick days that accrue
You accumalate a good amount of vacation ans sick leave. Problem is that when you don't call out sick it's wasted. But if you use it them it looks bad
Nothing special. Actually lost benefits changing to the company.
Accrual is very easy and above average.
They have recently updated the plan to use it or lose it PTO. This forces the employees to use their vacation time and creates a little more home life work balance.
