The best thing is that it works. It is cheap. They cover the costs. Good dental , also.

I love working for Cortland, but the high deductible insurance plan is extremely expensive, and covers very little. It would almost be better to have no healthcare coverage, than to have this plan.

Cortland is exceptional when it comes to paid time off. They have been very understanding when circumstances arise when I need to take more time off than I currently have allotted.
I love my insurance and benefits here, especially if you are single.
You do get discounts for staying on property and there's health insurance as well as 401(k). You must be in rolled by September
